Prof. Fukuda contributed a chapter to the “Handbook on Transport Pricing and Financing”
A new big book titled “Handbook on Transport Pricing and Financing” has been published by Edward Elgar recently. Prof. Fukuda had contributed one chapter (Chapter 8: Road pricing and provision of capacity) jointly with Prof. Se-il Mun of Kyoto University.
