Prof. Fukuda and Mr. Youya Shiroma’s (now Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd.) paper, “Impact of the 2016 Metropolitan Area Expressway Toll System Revision on Traffic Demand,” has received the JSCE Best Paper Award for 2020.
